The Pattern: I copied the pattern from a raglan shirt my sister has. Then I adjusted it and made it a bit smaller.
I copied the pattern, cut the fabric and sewed the sweater all in one day! O: That’s a personal record, and it was so fun to wear the shirt the next day!
This sweater also has small slits at the sides, like skirts have :) I used a zigzag stitch to do the neckline and hem. Projects like this make we want to have a serger! The finish would be so much nicer that way…
The fabric only had a few wide stripes, I matched them all and now I admire everyone who did a project with narrow stripes or other designs and matched them! ;)
