The v-neck was easy. I just cut the pattern out as it was. Then i folded the front piece in the middle an cut a V in the fabric on the fold. Like that you have two equal sides! You can cut as you like to make the V more straight or rounded.
To finish I used scalloped lingerie elastic what gives a nice finished edge and added a small black bow.
