Burda Style For people who sew
Description
My first attempt at artificial shaping outside of corsetry and still my favourite!
This piece consists of over 5 metres of fabric, stitched together in the pleats of the skirt to give a “seamless” appearance… The shaping under the skirt, separate from the dress, is reinforced with steel boning and sits 14" out from the body.
Material Notes
Double weave, Duck egg polyester. Orange/Green satin for trim.
