Description

My first attempt at a Kasia – and first real attempt at a proper pattern. For a bit of a novice, it took a fair amount of headbanging to work out the gazillion waistband pieces but I’m so pleased with the result of all that brainwork… ;)

Material Notes

A soft brushed pinstripe wool with a teeny amount of stretch (thank goodness, or I’d never be able to sit down in it) that is surprisingly un-scratchy. Great because I didn’t have to line it!

I really like your skirt and am keen to cut one out too. I haven’t made a burdastyle pattern yet, is it like other patterns where you have to make a size smaller than recommended?
