I love this! I totally agree…not enough garments in the world with peplum. I own 3 blouses and 2 jaunty little jackets with peplum, and of course they are among my faves.

I did. I draped it first using muslin, and then created the pattern. I have made it twice now, once in the blue and white and once in the red and white!

i made the pattern. there are just not enough blouses with peplums… actually there are not enough jackets, skirts, dresses and blouses with peplums. I am going to bring the peplum back!
