What a delightful surprise, to love this dress much more than I anticipated! Allow me to list its lovable qualities: it’s pink! and it’s comfy! and its just so darn cute! I have worn this exact outfit on more than one rainy spring day…bright colors help with the gloom. It was a fairly straightforward pattern, the most difficult part was attaching the lining at the “v” in the neck. I added a pocket for practicality. You would never have known, but the fabric is from an upcycled fitted bed sheet. Isn’t it wonderful? I don’t know why anyone would make it for a bed when it was obviously meant for this dress!
Leopard and snakeskin are the new neutrals.
