Love the bra, struggling to get it to size up to a 40DD (uk size) Any hints, tips you could give?

The easiest way to get there is using this pattern http://www.burdastyle.com/patterns/green-and-blue-lace-lingerie-set—6 and then change it to a strapless bra

It looks fantastic! I want to try and make underwear for myself, but I, unfortunately, will have to “tinker” with your pattern a lot to get it to my size. Still I do appreciate the pattern and even more so, the instructions!!! Thanks!

Incredibly professional looking. Thanks for the instruction. I’ll have to try making one.

Well, I’ve been trying to draw the progressions for two sizes bigger than your patterns, but have found some problems with it, as I can’t match the cup diameter with the base, and the center front piece is getting quite large I think. How would you progress it?
Thank you so very much for the patterns and your help! You’ve become my idol this days!!! (Laura from Argentina)

I’ll try to upload the pattern in other sizes too, but I still have to draw them. I made this one for my sister, so I’ll have to go back to the drawing board for myself anyway.

well that’s just great!! and I will make it but I have a big problem figuring out the size of it.
See, in Argentina we only have the 85, 90, 95, 100… sizes, because we only measure the cup. (in out case measuring around the breasts and back) And we don’t use letters!!!….. so, if your patterns are 65B and 65C, I’m guessing they are the equivalent for my 85 and 90, or 90 and 95. so what do you think? I’ve been serching all over the internet for an answer but just can’t get it. Even been to http://www.85b.org/ were they have a bra size converter… please help!

The easiest thing you can do is measure yourself and use the bra size calculator on 85b.org.
65B and 65C are both quite small sizes. 65C for example is for someone who has an underbust of ~ 65 cm and a bust of ~ 82 cm.
You can easily change the pattern to 70B, which fits someone with an underbust of ~70 cm and a bust of ~ 85 cm.
