They are plain, straight-leg non-stretch denim pants without pockets. They have a side zipper closure, belt loops, and a little elastic loop to hang my keys. They are the maximum width they can be without interfering with cycling. It is my own pattern. I started by copying a ready-to-wear stretch flared jeans, but 5 or 6 pairs of pants later, the result is very different.
I would say medium wigth non-stretch denim, a coupon sold by weight
