Description
This skirt is made from a brown striped material with a white on cream butterfly/floral print underskirt. All of the raw edges have been finished (even the ones you can’t see) and the skirt is top-stitched on the bottom of the waistband and top of the ruffles in order to provide a better outline and to allow the seams to lay flat. On the side of the skirt I attached a rosette made from the same material as the skirt with ribbons and metal embellishments. The rosette has finished edges and is removable and adjustable. The skirt uses a drawstring, but there is no elastic in the waistband.
