It’s kinda hard to explain…
Take the Victorian era, where Steam-energy is widely used as a new way, with all the points of view…and than add more ‘futuristic’ and technologic stuff to it, but more or less Victorian fitting…
Its the best if you look for some pictures on the internet:)
