Cut out a base piece of felt to use as a base or a fascinator base
and lay out everything how you want it to look.
for mine I layed out the feathers and then the rosettes I had sewn then kinda played with the pearls till everything was how I wanted it .
Then I just Hot Glued everything on top of eachother layer by layer …
feathers, rosettes, pearls and lace
Then I sewed and hot glued a comb on the bottom to attach to hair!
nothing to technical just throw together things you love.
