Description

I promised myself I would try to get through the mountain of fabric that’s been sitting unloved in my flat. This top is based on my reversible dress and is made from remnants of previous sewing projects. I spent a lot of time messing about trying to make the pieces cover all the bits they needed to cover. Nice, fun project to make and a good challenge. More photos and details on my blog -——> http://sewsmitten.wordpress.com/2013/04/02/stash-busting-t-shirt/

Cheers. It was very satisfying to use up the scraps.

thank you, it felt good to use up stuff that had been lying round gathering dust.

Nice when you can make use of some of the scraps that are too big to throw away, but too small to use for other projects. Neat idea. Looks great!
