So, finally I got round to trying my hand at a pair of pants. I think this is one of my favourite patterns from the burda mag ever! I love the raised pockets and pleats and for a pants-virgin, the pattern was easy enough to try :-)
I mostly stuck to the original, except I lenghtened the legs from capri to full length. If you want to see the original version, have a look at mathilde. ‘s pants. They’re fabulous.
Also, I got to use my favourite Ikat fabric (once again :). I actually didn’t have enough, so the pattern is off on the back of one leg :( I’ll wear them anyway though!
The pattern is from Burda (06/2010) mod. 105.
