Leotard for gym, ballet or aerobics
Lycra. Most people are affraid of using lycra but it is not as difficult as it seems.
If you have an overlocker, the most important thing is to get your tension right. Make your stitch length smaller.
I choose to use 3 cottons and no floss. Use one needle (closest to the blade) and two loopers. You must practice on scraps first and adjust your needle tension .If you stretch the material and the cotton breaks, you must loosen the tension until it does not snap any more.

It`s simply fantastic. Does it have stars on the fabric or you did sew it on?

I sewed the moon and stars onto it. I first ironed on ‘Bondaweb’ ,to the stars and then ironed it onto the lycra. that prevents it from moving or having to pin it while you sew.

Very pretty! And she seems to be happy with it, and that’s what matters most, right?! :-)
