I needed a fairly quick project, so this is just a basic straight skirt with a slit in the back, straight off of Simplicity 7097. A sequined sheer black over teal satin.

Beautiful. I love sheers over solids, and this one is particularly enchanting with the nicely spaced sequins. I’m sure it’s subltly eye-catching moving across the room on a night out!
