It started with a bad buy a (silk) Jersey in online store.
For a joke, I decided to sew the dress. I have already filed unfinished last year in a box, because I do not really like the stuff and he also does not feel as nice on. Rearrange recently when I found it again and thought it is time to complete it. Now it’s done, fortunately the material is very flexible, because I have gained some weight, it still fits;-)
Try-on, look in the mirror. As I see look like?! Actually thought it would straighten me if I would make less Colorblocking. But the result is rather for Carnival.
The dress looks like a uniform from Star Trek or Voyager. I thought that was so funny that I would like it let me know you. The brooch is supposed to represent a “communicator”.
