A terribly french looking project, i assume…
A surprise gift for my man, who likes stripey tops. I secretly copied one of his tops, with a thick white jersey fabric, and then used Tilly’s tutorial for “hand painted breton tops”.
This was quite easy and fast to make, the difficult part being trying to keep the same shade of blue on all the stripes, when my first paint tin emptied out. Yves Klein where were you when i needed you ?…
In the end, the shades vary from one stripe to another, but it adds to this handmade overall look, so i’m happy with it. And so is my man, so happy days !
