Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This dress was one of my first forays into making my own garments. I used a rectangle of stretchy cotton/spandex beige snakeskin print I found in my mom’s fabric stash and some black cotton. I think the material was supposed to be for a pair of pants for my sister….I made a pair in blue snakeskin….
Anyways, this garment is probably one of the worst-constructed pieces I’ve ever made, but it sure looks cool when you wear it!!!
(also, my sister [the model] and I had a bunch of fun photographing this….so there are lots of pictures!)
