This is the dress I made for last year’s prom. It took me about a month to finish. It was kinda modeled after Bell’s yellow dress from Beauty and the Beast. Everyone said it was the best dress that year. I even put a pocket in the skirt so my date wouldn’t have to carry my lipstick.
I used a satin for the bodice and underskirt. The overskirt was made with an organza. The embroidery on the front I did by hand, but the lace on the sides and skirt was handmade in Madeira, Portugal.
Take a trip down the aisle in these gorgeous gowns, or change the fabrics for a spring party dress.
