Art Nest’s ‘Squirrel Skirt" is made using 100% cotton fabrics including a panel of my own hand-printed squirrel fabric! It’s circle shape makes for a very good spinning dress, according to my daughters. This is one of those pieces that people stop you in the grocery store to inquire about (please, tell them you bought it at Art Nest)!
~serged seams for durability and a beautiful finish
~hand-made bias tape hem
~2" white elastic waist band (the picture shows sewn using gray thread but yours will be with white)
-Machine wash cold/gentle cycle
-hang dry (recommended) or tumble dry low
-warm iron on fabric (do not iron waistband)
