Confession: I made this over the winter, but I just got around to hemming it! lol.
Made from a cute, 1930s pattern I bought on ebay, this was actually the “test” version but ended up being far too cute to hide away. I love the lines and the sleeves are just too much fun!!
This was the perfect dress to spend the afternoon at my favorite tea room for my birthday. :)

WOW. It looks amazing, as everyone has said!! But I am also incredibly impressed that you were able to use an original 30s pattern- I have never attempted any really old patterns, because they have no printing on them, just holes and cuts for notches etc- I find it too confusing!

Your style is great and this dress as well! I also like how you put your whole look together with the shoes, the bag and the hair, you have a great eye for details.

Lovely! I like it so much! You look like a pin-up. I think it’s a great job. You also give a sweet personal touch with the flower on your hair. Very stilish on your pics!

This dress is soooo cute. I was given a heap of vintage patterns which look similar to this one. Your dress looks so good I’m going to give some of my old patterns a go too! Thanks for the inspiration.
