Finally, I had the time to do something new. Although, we are still waiting for spring, I’m already prepared with a new springtime jacket :-)
For me, it was the first time to come out of the classical corner, do something creative, something new. Well, this jacket is inspired by a Chinese fashion site I saw.
For this garment, I used a slim fit basic pattern of mine (Mller & Sohn) and just adjusted it to get this casual and special look. There is no horsehair inlays, just a bit of fusibles. The shoulder got some leather insets and also the back of the collar is made by leather.I used a very light weight fabric, which made the whole work process a bit difficult… especially by setting in the sleeves.

Hit the city streets in adventurous looks with utilitarian details like cargo pockets and belts.
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
