I really need a few blouses in my wardrobe so I decided to try out the Colette Patterns Jasmine Blouse. I adore this pattern, It is easy to get a perfect fit and it is flattering and elegant either untucked or tucked into a pencil skirt. I plan to make at least two more of this beautiful wardrobe staple, including a sleeveless version. More info over at my blog

Nice top, perfect for you! I have recently bought the Collette patterns book, I am not sure if this top is in it, all I know is that I made the Sorbetto x 100 times and I had to adjust the bust dart lines every single time.

Thank you. No it’s not in the book. I have the book too and love it but yet to make anything from it. I always need to lower the darts on Colette patterns as well.

This is so elegant. I have yet to try a Colette pattern, but I could see myself making this one.

Your Colette Jasmine blouse looks perfect on you and the fabric is really lovely. I read your blog all about the adjustments you made and I am so pleased it all went well. For me, this blouse was the worst possible fit and I tried twice, only to put the pattern in the back of the cupboard and to just keep to Burda which I have very little trouble to fit. Anyway, I really look forward to seeing your next blouses, especially the sleeveless one.
