Yeah, I was hoping to get some wear out of it now but the weather in Sydney has really turned in the last week. But I’ve been wearing the skirt with tights and a jacket or cardi and I’ve been loving how the bright pink brightens up a dull and dreary day so I think I’ll be wearing the skirt at least all year. Yayyy.

Your skirt and sorbetto are lovely. I really like the colours together. It is so interesting to read your blog and note your alterations. Nearly every person, including myself, has made an alteration to where the darts on the bust line are placed. It really makes you realize how different we all are.

So true. Nearly everyone has needed to lower the bust darts also I read alot of people found the armholes cut too tight. It really helped me to get my sorbetto “just right” without any angst. I love it how the online sewing community provides so much help and support to each other….
