How the scarf is constructed – The textured effect of the scarf is achieved by the scarf being wider where it sits at the back of your neck and thinner in width towards the ends. The scarf is constructed out of two main pieces A)the main scarf and B)the added ruffle. Overlaying the two ruffles of fabric gives the scarf it’s volume.
