This project is based on Butterick B5315, view A, but with the skirt from view B. Th pattern doesn’t call for lining, but I added one because I just had my heart set on using eyelet. I used white eyelet for the dress and navy eyelet for the collar.
Somehow, I ended up making the dress too big for myself. Fortunately, it fits my best friend beautifully.
Other than the size, I really like how it turned out.
Oh, and the zipper. there’s supposed to be a zipper in the side. I didn’t realize that until to late. So taking it on and off is kinda….challenging.
