I made a balloon skirt with flowery silk georgette. This is my first balloon skirt, and I really love it!

Lovely skirt! Very cool! I’ve featured it as an “Example creation” in my fabrics international wiki article on Georgette.

This is not only the nicest balloon skirt I’ve ever seen (and like several of the writers here, I don’t usually like them at all), it’s one of the prettiest SKIRTS I’ve ever seen, period!!

Wow, great job. I don’t usually like bubble hems because they look juvenile, but yours looks awesome! Very sophisticated!

This is GORGEOUS! The drape of this fabric with the balloon shape is stunning really. This is a fantastic piece! Thank you for sharing such beauty! Truly inspiring. By the way, where did you get such beautiful fabric?

Wow you totally nailed that skirt! Im making a ballon skirt or whatever you call it and I just cant get it, to not be all puffy. Mines really a diaster but yours looks so amazing. It looks like you bought it from an exspensive shop, and the fabric is so ellagant. This is the best skirt I have seen so far. Fantastic job, you should be so proud.

Very nice! Like the fabric and the style of your baloon skirt. And you “corporate identy” is great, I always know when a creation-picture is yours ;)

gorgeous fabric!
and i like how it is not too balloony like a lot of balloon skirts are. i think it can be too much volume sometimes… but yours looks great!

As expected, this is beautiful. I love the print and how softly the pleats hang.
