This is from Simplicity, pattern 1803 – which I love! the pattern comes with bodice variations, gathered waist skirt and a optional tie belt. It has gathered cap sleeves.
Great pattern for a confident new-ish beginner/intermediate. The trickiness comes in putting the bodice pieces together.
