These are the pleat front shorts from Burda Feb 13. I made them up in a what can only be described as a pretty bright fabric. As every other pair of shorts I own are some kind of neutral khaki/beige/navy they are a bit of a departure but I like them.
The fabric is from Spotlight and called japanse Seersucker. Its got a bit of stretch and an intersting weave but it doesn’t look much like seersucker.
Also pictured is a wrap top I made a few months ago. I have worn it really quite a lot – good for when you want to be warm but not too warm.
