Loved this yellow polkadot cotton, and decided to try my hand at the JJ. I shortened the ruffles somewhat, they felt a little too fussy and frou-frou for me. I also started with a larger size and ended up taking in some seams to make for a better fit, but overall I loved the pattern, and I’ll probably use it again. There are a couple of things I wasn’t so happy with, however I can take the blame for that, lack of attention to detail.
