My first ever (and maybe last ever) quilting project. It was fun but I am a get-things-done-in-one-sewing-session kind of seamstress and this was a long project requiring much patience and accuracy.
I had tons of 8" samples of my fabric design from Spoonflower and decided to make a quilt. It’s pretty haphazard and I’m sure most ‘proper’ quilters would recoil in horror from the imperfections but I’m pretty pleased with it although I wish I had chosen a nicer fabric for the plain sections.
All of my own fabric designs except for the Beige Canvas and the colour chart by Jane Walker.
