This is the Colette Patterns number 1017-Peony dress. Fun to wear Peony made out of an elegant Halloween fabric (I promise it is possible!) A beautiful burgundy with striped gradations to red and covered with gold spiderwebs and spiders and bats. I also added gold lame piping to the sleeves and the belt. Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
