I had to have some spats if i wanted to do some sorta steampunky look. I believe that some designers are starting to put some on the market too for fall. But I had some leather samples from this furniture I worked at (but it went out of business, so everything like that was up for grabs). and a sewed some spats… kinda cirque du soleil/ burlesque like… but they work for me.
