Sparkly Skirt-Summer Sewing Challenge

I made this sparkly skirt and also the wrap top for my summer challenge.
Couple of notes…love the skirt, very pretty!
The top, however…completely sized wrong. It’s WAY too big. I ended up taking in the seams about 2" on each side and the back neck gapes horribly and the front neck gapes a bit, too. This is why I added a neck insert. Also, it was way too long and I needed about a 3" hem. The ties are too long and sit about 1.5" too low. I am not happy with this one.
