This is my muslin for the Sorbetto which I am sure to make even more although I will have to make some minor adjustments. Firstly I will lengthen the body as it sits too high up on my waist/hips.
The second is to make it in a more suitable fabric as this is another piece from my donation bag and is a little ‘stiff’ although still wearable.
I added some lovely buttons just to finish it off. I will wear it but possibly only with a skirt as with trousers you can really see how short it is on me and is not very flattering.
Considering I knocked it up in an hour, not too bad really. A good staple to have in the wardrobe for spring and summer, possibly even the autumn and winter under jumpers and cardigans.
