Hi, this little bear is a she, and she’s called Soo, (from the Sooty and Sweep show). Yes, I know Soo was a panda, but a friend of mine had a little brown bear and named her Soo after that show. Over the years she lost her little bear, so I made her one for her birthday! (You are never too old for a teddy)… To answer your question, the pattern is one of my own, a distillation of all to me that makes a bear. I call them ‘Brockbears’, as I make them at home in the New Forest in the village of Brockenhurst. Many thanks for your kind comments, Regards, Sally
