Nice jacket for “the boy in the middle” who loves to dress up nicely. He’ll be using it as a summer coat. I made a matching cap, but used an other pattern than the one on the Burda site.
Made a size 128 which fits perfectly, just made it a little longer (about 2 cm) and shortened the vent at the back, and skipped shoulder pads. Love the pockets but left off the upper ones.
I felt descriptions were very minor, but I must say that I’m not a very experienced seamstress. Finished this with lots of effort and luck.
Light brown corduroy, lining dark blue cotton with doggy print.
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
