Senior thesis for school. Bridal party based on the concept of wearing jeans and a t-shirt to a wedding. The fabrics are all bottom weight hemp cotton blends or organic cotton with denim details like tack buttons and keyhole buttonholes. Great amounts of inspiration taken from the film The Forsyte Saga and portraits by John Singer Sargent particularly Madame X. Bride has a skirt with tack buttons and bridal loops. Puffed sleeve on jacket. Tank has beaded straps. Detachable bustled train. All patterns my own.
hemp/cotton twill, hemp/cotton/spandex jersey, 100% organic cotton poplin, tack buttons, copper beads and freshwater pearls, elastic
