This dress is the essence of summer a summer dress… colorful print, gathered skirt that blows in the wind, and a cutesy sweetheart neckline.
I made this dress from our Sweetheart Neckline Dress, and sewed it in probably the most fun fabric I have purchased in a while. The lace-like green trim nicely matches the print and really makes that neckline pop! I even used metallic green thread as my topstitching to add some extra detail to my dress, and it looks really cool. I plan to wear this dress to many fun festivities throughout the summer, and I think I may have to actually get a sombrero to pair with it.
