You will need: a fiberglass tape measure; 2 inch strip of hook & loop tape; 2 inch-wide elastic the length of your waist + 2 inch overlap; a large (2inch) safety pin, or other method of keeping elastic in a band; hot glue gun; Sharpie pen or other marking device; sewing machine or needle and thread; Optional Fray Check or Fray Block to seal edges of elastic band.
