Description

I made this snowman costume for my daughter. I used the internet to look for ideas of how to make it. I just used a pattern which was a guide for my pattern for the neck line and arm holes and then made it bigger at the sides. To be able to gather it up at the bottom. I also lined it which made it easier to stuff it with cushion pads two at the front and one either side for the back part. I made the hat with a cut – out face and i lined it so it could be slightly padded. This was great fun to make and my daughter loved it. I have never made a snowman costume before but its like anything as you go along you get the ideas……………never be afraid to have ago homemade is much better than anything you can buy

Material Notes

cotton for the lining. Fleece for the main body and hat. Black felt and green felt for little hat and holly.
