Description

I wanted something cuter than a snuggie but just as warm to wear to the kid’s hockey games. This was an easy pattern. I have to slim down the arms a tad and I should have top stitched the pockets but I will get over it. I might hand top stitch with a pretty purple embroidery thread or something later.

This looks so comfortable yet still very stylish! love it! too bad the weather here it’s like summer all year and I cant really wear a jacket. Nevertheless i still don’t have the courage to sew one!

I love it! Love the neckline and it looks so comfy and nice! The one on the pattern picture has the front flaps spread on the bottom and it’s not something I like – your picture’s angle doesn’t let me see that clearly, but I think the front flaps are together on yours, which I like better. Oh, and the colour of yours is much better too!!!

I made mine one size bigger to wear more like a jacket over a sweater or something. The one on the package looked like a literal snow bunny in Vail. The ice arena that Jonah has hockey at is not jacket cold but you need something. I wanted something that was cozy.

It definitely does look cozy!!! Now I want one!!! :-) But I am more of a poncho type, so I might just do something along similar lines (neckline wise), but in a poncho style. ;-) If you don’t mind, that is…

I like this – I’m jealous – I’ve just made a jacket with grey fleece and I much prefer this style!
