I love this so so much. I left the cap sleeve thingies off so I could wear it under a cardigan at work (must cover “unprofessional” tattooage!). I got this gorgeous fabric at Joann’s for 99 cents a yard. I’ve completely forgotten what it is, though. I’m going to add a couple of snaps for a more secure closure so I won’t have to babysit the front all day. Just have to figure out how do that first. :)
This ran a LITTLE big on me. I measure a 40 in Burda sizes, and a 40 was perfect for me in the Tara top. No matter though, since it’s a wrap. Pattern & instructions were pretty easy for me (although I made MANY mistakes, more resulting from my lack of attention span than problems with the instrucitons), and I’m pretty new to sewing. I’ll definitely make this again!

I think this looks even better than the original burda design!

Aww, thank you so much! I just left off those little pokey-out sleeves, and that’s it, so it was actually easier than the original pattern.
