I had made Paddington Bears for my nephews http://www.burdastyle.com/projects/marmalade-sandwiches-all-round and also wanted to make one for their my 10 month old sister in something more baby friendly than fur. I’d already made the smallest size for the boys and wanted smaller still so I scanned my pattern pieces and then printed them at 60% – worked really well!
I used felt for the body and hat and fleece for the jacket. To hopefully prevent hat-loss, the hat and jacket are attached to one another at the back with a piece of sewn-in ribbon and the jacket fastens with red velcro cut from a cable tie from a pack of multicolored ones found at Jo Anne.
