This is the second knit Amanda I have sewn and the only thing I have had time to sew this fall. I enjoyed the first one I made so much over the summer that I decided to make a second for fall. For this shirt I used a stripe jersey knit that I cut on the bias. I wanted the stripe pattern to draw the eye down my body, not around it. And I like the way the draped fabric in the front works with the stripe pattern. The flowers on the neck were created with the extra fabric scraps.
