I love this dress, but it was hell to sew. I have no idea what the fabric is, it came from my Grandmother’s stash so it could be new or ancient. It frayed, slid and slipped about – thank God for my seam ripper, and as you can see it creases as soon as you look at it. We got there in the end though and I think it was worth it.
