Here is what the front piece looks like when the top is folded down.
(Next time I make this, I will try to remember to take pictures while I’m sewing and upload them, spreading out the steps and making the instructions easier and more clear)
Lay front piece right side up, and fold the top down, matching armholes. Sew from shoulder seam to below armhole. Flip right side out.
Narrow hem the armholes of the back piece.
Place front piece and back piece right sides together. Sew shoulder seams and sides from bottom of the armhole to bottom hem. Turn right side out.
Fold bottom band in half, right side out (height wise, not lengthwise) and pin to the right side of the shirt’s bottom, with raw edges together. Cut off any excess band length and stitch edges together. Stitch band to shirt. Flip band down, and you’re done!
