Description

We leave for a trip along the West Coast this weekend. I wanted to have something to sleep in and something to wear when dashing to the camp restroom in the middle of the night. You know, something lovely and ladylike amidst all the adventures of camping for 16 nights along the shore. Not to mention I was hoping to look somewhat decent between the rare shower here and there.

Very simple to make. I used an old pillow case, snipped out some armholes, added bias tape, added a skirt split, and used the excess fabric for the top ribbon and belt. No patten necessary. Old sheeting is the best to sleep in too as it’s so light weight and comfortable.

    I agree with the comments that say it’s too pretty to be kept inside! And I love the pinafore out of the same fabric. Very summer vacation-y :)
