I’ve been making another version of this dress for a wedding party, it is taking quite a while as I am creating tons of pleats and being super slow and patient with it so I wanted to just knock this version together quickly for some instant gratification. The top half is from the simple bodice block with lowered baggy armholes, faux wrap front and v back. I added a couple of strips of leather that I had left over from my bagg and also used some hammer-on poppers and an exposed brass zip. For the bottom half I drafted a simple circle skirt with in seam pockets. Really comfortable to wear although i could have taken a bit more time over the darts as they are a bit wonky.
Leather, poppers, cotton, brass zip
