simply too the rose bud fabric cut enough off to make the waist band and ties and rounded the corners. then added the lace around te edge. the skull is painted on with some crafty paint and there are two little cross bones on the back of the ties.

Hahaha, Annie is going to love this… I like the rosebuds better than the typical cherry fabric that seems to accompany this style. And, come on, it’s red & black, so it’s already got her approval. ;)
